The Directory is in a zipped file, containing the same database in two popular formats. The two separate files contain the same information, but I’ve included both formats for your convenience is you prefer one format over the other. The choice is yours.

NOTE: When you import this database, the first field is unique ID for each church, for example, 77625BAP. The first phone number is the church, and the second phone number is the pastor’s home. If you need help importing your database, please feel free to Contact Me.

The first format included in the zipped file is an Excel 2003 format which can be easily opened with Microsoft Excel (including the most recent versions). The file called IBCD.XLS (created with MS Office 2016).

The second format is Microsoft Office Access 2016 (the file is called IBCD.MDB). The Access format can be linked with the Excel database for increased functionality (like mail merging and label creation), and it contains the exact same information as the Excel IBCD.XLS file. When the databases are linked together, you can press ‘Refresh All’ in Excel to update the information that is shared between the two documents.
